All projects are approached jointly between designer and client to insure that it reflects their own unique style. Additionally, at the onset of every project, we decide on a budget and a time frame that realistically suits each client.

I work at an hourly fee, structured to meet the need of each client/project. You are free to hire me for an hour to look over an area and make recommendations, or to collaborate with your builder, architect, etc., to insure each area works from the "inside/out". This is also available in assisting clients to choose "green" cost-effective materials and not make costly mistakes.

Unlike any other designer, I do not charge on a commission basis. The "cost" of an item is passed directly on to the client, at a savings of 30-70%.
