 I, Diana Kroll-Schmidt, believe the environment we are in, can make a huge impact in our lives. To that end, I create interiors in a very personalized and holistic way. Every space, and more importantly the "users" of that space, requires something different.
My goal is to incorporate those needs with a healthy supportive environment. Our surroundings can "nurture" and "fuel " us, if done conscientiously.
Whether it is an uplifting place to come home to and play in; a stimulating work environment; or a relaxing area in which to cocoon and reconnect... the end results always fit the "users" perfectly.
Very often, we are in the right building, in the right location. But the way rooms are structured, sometimes does not support our needs.
Many of my projects involve interior renovations, done simply and cost consciously, to create the rooms that will allow the "users" to get the most out of them.
