Working in building industry since 1970, in Florida and North Carolina. Residential and Commercial projects from site development, demolition, structure rebuild and reuse, interior build-out, income properties and tenant management. Strong business and people skills, excellent work ethics, personal pride and responsibility in every project. Currently working to complete all certifications (local, state and national) involving "Green Technology" applications in the building industry.

Began working with Kroll Design Associates, Inc. in 2005; moved with KDA, Inc. to establish new offices in 2007. Overseas offices in Florida and North Carolina. Associates degree in Accounting.
